I reference Art Deco, Bauhaus and Modernism. I look at details in windows, door-knobs or even on cutlery. I am inspired by these flourishes once created by a craftsperson and carried through time to find my eye. I create pieces that mix my personality with the design language of the past and create jewellery that I want to wear everyday.
Porcelain offers a refined look at a relatively accessible price compared to silver or gold.
I find it interesting to create something very high-end but for everyday use.
I hand-make the pieces for both design inspiration and quality control. Being hands-on with the material allows me to explore colour and ultimately create pieces that feel sophisticated and unique.
