AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
$7.50 for standard post (3 - 10 days)
$10.50 for express post. (1 - 4 days)
Purchases over $100 ship for free.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
$23.50 for standard (7 - 25+ business days, depending on country)
$33.75 for express (5 - 10+ business days, depending on country)
SHIPPING TIMES FOR CERAMICS:
Majority of orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post.
International orders are sent with Australia Post International Air Mail.
Our studio is located in Brisbane, Australia.
Standard post takes 3 - 10 business days depending on where you are located. Orders to metropolitan areas usually arrive within 3-7 days of shipping notification. WA and Darwin can take a little longer as can regional areas.
Express post takes 1 - 4 business days depending on where you are located. Metropolitan areas usually receive their parcels in 1-3 days. WA and Darwin can take a little longer as can regional areas.
Standard International (non-trackable) 7 - 25+ days depending on where you are located. If you would like an estimate for your country, please email us.
Express International (trackable) 5 - 10+ days depending on where you are located. Given the pandemic international shipping does take a little longer these days so we recommend this is the fastest and most secure option.
LOCAL PICK UP
We are located in Red Hill Brisbane. We welcome local pickup. If you are unsure of what to buy you can also email us to arrange a studio visit. Our studio can be found on google maps HERE, .
For orders placed with local pickup option, we will notify you via email or text when your order is ready (usually 1-2 days). Please notify us when you intend on pick up to ensure there is someone available in the studio. We are usually here but good to make sure. : )
SHIPPING TIMES FOR CLOTHING
Our clothing is shipped with the same rates and methods as the ceramics however as our garments are often made to order it takes longer to dispatch from our studio. We will email you with an estimate but please expect between 1 - 2 weeks.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING
Orders over $100 ship for free so all of our garments (excluding scarves) will qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs for sending your return/exchange back to our studio are at your (the customers) expense.
Shipping costs for us to send you your exchanged item will be covered by our studio (so free again)!
However, you need to arrange a second exchange, postage to and from our studio will be at your cost.
ARRANGING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your order.
- post back to our studio within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post as in the unlikely scenario that your parcel is lost in the mail, it will not qualify for return or exchange.

- once we have received your parcel, we will inspect the garment and as long as it is in "as new" condition, we will arrange your return or exchange.
